HR Coordinators, in most cases, must have at least a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields. You would need to have experience in administrative support for at least 2 years. This would help boost your credibility and place you above others. It is not a deal-breaker if you aren’t licensed but it gives you an edge over your competitors, making it beneficial to you. If not, you can try to get an interview with someone which is the next best thing to shadowing. Either way, make sure you are prepared with the questions you have before meeting with anyone.
